My passion is to help families establish healthy sleep habits for their little ones. Using a holistic, gentle and responsive approach, where I will never ask you to leave your child alone to cry.

There are so many resources out there that offer conflicting advice, and all methods claim to be the best way for you and your child. I will offer evidence based advice combined with the my extensive knowledge of sleep physiology and human behaviour.

I will be your biggest cheerleader in this process. I will work with you, and we will combine my knowledge of sleep with your knowledge of your child and your parental intuition, to find a gentle solution you are comfortable with.

Before I trained as a Sleep Consultant, I was a Mom. A Mom that thought I'd ruined my children's sleep habits, set them up to fail and had just shown them too much affection. I was also exhausted from the broken nights.

I am here to support you so you don't need to feel the way that I did, alone. 

The Gentle Holistic Approach

I understand that every child is unique, and I respect and honour those differences in my approach. My philosophy is centred on gentle and responsive methods that prioritize your child's emotional well-being. I believe in creating a soothing and secure sleep environment that fosters trust and comfort, allowing your child to naturally embrace healthy sleep habits. Understanding that embracing dependence enables independence. 

I will never ask you to leave your child alone to cry, or in any way withhold affection from your baby. I passionately believe that by developing your bond and creating a secure attachment, you can help your children to feel safe and can encourage them to have settled sleep. 

I am a holistic consultant, which means I take all aspects of your child and your family into consideration when supporting you to navigate sleep strategies.
